In 1958, Joseph O'Brien opened Universal Fence Co. and successfully ran the business until September, 1982. In October of 1982, his son, Craig O'Brien, and son-in-law, Anthony Topper, began operating as Fence Masters, Inc. and continued the successful tradition of supplying the Baltimore and surrounding areas with professional fence work.

The fence industry is constantly adding new products for consumers, both commercial and residential, and between Craig and Tony's eagerness to supply only the best products and our ability to install them properly, a successful formula has been put into place.
